What is your refund policy?
To protect our coaches' intellectual property we normally do not issue refunds. We do, however, reserve the right to deny or approve refund requests on a case by case basis. In order to be considered for refund, a written request must be made to email@example.com within 24 hours of purchase. Please include a detailed explanation of the refund request. Requests will then be assessed on a case by case basis.
