Barney Smith lost his firefighter father, Ed, a few years ago. In honor of him, and in order to raise awareness for an issue that all too often has no voice, we are inviting you to join us on a very special walk. You can walk the entire route or join us for just a mile or two.
· January 3rd begins at 9:30 a.m. at Fire station #6:
4550 East Ave., Livermore,
and takes us from Livermore
through Dublin to Pleasanton
at Fire station #2 6300 Stoneridge Mall Rd.
· January 4th begins at 8:30 a.m. at Alameda Police Station parking lot:
1555 Oak St., Alameda.
From there we’ll walk to Fire Station #1
2401 Encinal Ave
at 9:30 on to Fire Station #4.
