Roger's Race (Walk & Run 5K) is a free event opened to the public. This is not a timed race but a race clock is provided.  It is an event put on by Faith Home Adult & Teen Challenge (FHTC) located at 6643 Faith Home Road, Ceres.   This is a FUN Run with a timing clock for your own self gratification.  The Modesto Moves organization is sponsoring the race by providing race guidance and runners/walkers to the event.  We are also donating any proceeds collected by the Moves organization 100% to Faith Home Teen Challenge.  FHTC is a faith based organization reaching out to men in showing them how to get back their lives through a faith based concept.   Whether you are faith based or not, there is a positive impact to the local community of the work that is being done at FHTC.   Roger's Race concept was designed by Roger Williams a Modesto Moves walker who passed away.  It was his legacy to see a race put on in an effort to help FHTC.  

The event will include a pancake breakfast provided by FHTC and a chance to win a few raffle prizes under Modesto Moves.
