Healthy Heroes Fun Run

Do you believe in sharing the importance of good health with your family? That's what Sequoia's Healthy Heroes Fun Run and Carnival is all about: a 3.3 mile course through Pleasant Hill for all ages and abilities! Food trucks, raffles, and an outdoor carnival with age-appropriate games and prizes, too! Proceeds from this year's event will go to updating the computer lab and Outdoor Education.

All participants are encouraged to dress up! Whether it be as your favorite superhero, a hero from a book, Marvel character, Star Wars character, or a character you made up... the more costumes, the better! Who doesn’t want to go for a nice morning run in a cape? I can’t think of anyone! Come join in the fun!

Prizes will be awarded for the best individual costume, the most unique costume, and the best group costume! Winners will be announced at the carnival.

Last year's carnival was so much fun, and we only expect this year's to be even better! We are looking forward to a great time! The carnival begins at 9:45am, so those younger siblings who don’t want to participate in the fun run will have some fun activities to choose from at school. The carnival will have games, raffles, prizes, and food trucks! Don’t miss out on your chance to soak friends and staff in the Big Splash booth! The carnival is free to attend. It will be open to the public from 9:45am-1pm.
